Dangers within an equipment shop are wide-ranging, but for the most part, preventable.
Communication plays a key part in completing jobs safely and effectively. When several people are working together on the same task, the communication needs to be clear and fluid with no room for error. Oftentimes it comes down to, “I thought the other person was going to do this, so I did this…” Talking regularly about safety precautions, best practices and developing a clear action plan can go a long way in preventing accidents and completing a job safely & efficiently.
